Job Summary
Provide BIM/Revit project kick-off leadership, manage file transfers, and supervise sheet setup to follow firm and client standards. Lead model health assessments, clash detection, and integration of Revit products with other applications while supporting design consultants and contractors in live/shared environments. Develop and maintain tools, families, and workflows for the Aviation sector, including content creation for BIM, visualization, and construction administration. This full-time on-site role requires a minimum of five years of AEC experience and proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Construction Cloud. Required Qualifications
- This role is an in-office position
- Architecture or Interior Design degree
- relevant AEC industry experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional AEC firm environment
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- A conscientious, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented team player
- Required experience in Autodesk Revit and other Autodesk suite software on large-scale projects
- Regular, reliable on-site attendance
- Monday through Friday during standard business hours
Desired Qualifications
- BIM end-user education experience preferred
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360) experience is preferred
- Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit is encouraged
- Experience creating computational design-based solutions
- experience with energy modeling or other sustainable design technologies preferred
- Additional experience in any of the following systems preferred: Newforma, Sketchup, Bluebeam, Rhino, Grasshopper, Python, Enscape, Twinmotion, Affinity, and/or Building Analysis tools

- Regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role
- This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
