Project Technical Support III (Site Coordinator)

Plan site activities, implement projects, and conduct data collection field activities according to assigned schedules and protocols. Participate in SOP and tool development, prepare work schedules, and monitor progress against the allotted budget while ensuring high-level compliance with standard operating processes. Develop relationships with study facility teams, government officials, and community leaders; manage resource planning, recruitment, training, and deployment. Monitor project performance indicators including data quality and impact metrics, report findings, and contribute to project reports and publications. Travel to field sites to oversee activities, provide on-site support, and address risks. Join project meetings, workshops, and conferences to share updates and best practices.
