Project Technical Support III (Field Executive (Implementation Support))

Plan and implement projects in accordance with mission objectives by developing detailed timelines, budgets, and frameworks for field activities. Engage directly with community leaders, frontline health workers, and local authorities to understand needs, build relationships, and mobilize populations for initiatives. Supervise field staff, ensure intervention quality, and facilitate training programs to enhance team capabilities. Collect and analyze field data to monitor progress, evaluate impact, and prepare regular reports on activities and challenges. Participate in block, district, and state-level meetings to coordinate system support and maintain strong networks with key departments and CBOs.
