Job Summary
Technical Lead will own and technically steer the Automation control system for the Development Laboratory and Support Areas, manage the system integrator(s), coordinate with the Automation Project Manager and area leads, ensure alignment with program automation standards, guide the development of software components and validation activities, participate in control strategy reviews, and provide clear communications on progress, issues, and needs across the project team.
Required Qualifications
- BS Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years working Automation experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry (preferable in API/bulk manufacturing)
- Previous Development Laboratory project or site experience
- Previous Pharmaceutical Automation Large Project/Program experience/expertise
- Experience with devices integration into automation and historian platforms
- Preferable experience with DeltaV DCS
- Exceptional teamwork abilities
- Strong knowledge of GMP’s, regulatory requirements, and computer system validation principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
