Job Summary
Support vessel technical operation and documentation; coordinate with vessel Captains and Superintendents; manage budgets and invoices; apply project management methodologies (Gantt charts, risk matrices); maintain records for audits and regulatory reviews; use MS Office and project management software to organize and report project data.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in any fields (marine or engineering discipline advantageous)
- 1-3 years of experience in project administration or offshore vessel operations support or technical executive in a shipping company
- Experience coordinating with vessel Captains, Superintendents, managers, or external stakeholders
- Eligible to work in Singapore
- Hands-on experience with project coordination methods such as Gantt charts, risk matrices, or scheduling and follow-up processes is a plus
