Job Summary
Lead and coordinate the primary electromechanical scope to ensure the integrity and correct function of the substation system, including conceptual design support and equipment implementation. Manage and coordinate cross-functional engineering teams (in-house and outsourced), prepare and review technical specifications, ensure 3D BIM design/models with proper interfaces between civil and electromechanical disciplines, and verify compliance with CEI/IEC/EN standards and Italian grid codes. Support tender activities with documentation and risk assessments; contribute to installation, testing, commissioning, and customer handover. Strong collaboration and communication across power systems, electrical engineering, and project teams; fluency in English and Italian is required. BIM/3D methodology knowledge is a plus; willingness to engage in safety-oriented, value-driven project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Solid track record in electromechanical design of substations (AIS or GIS)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian (mandatory)
