Job Summary
Project Systems and Delivery Lead responsible for advancing data utilization to drive decision making and improve coordination of CSA subconsultants on large capex civil/structural/architectural projects. Lead resource planning, develop and monitor project data reports and KPIs, mentor junior project managers, participate in pre-bid/site visits, support business development and pursuit activities, develop WBS and engineering schedules for subcontractors, create standardized monthly reports, develop an Assistant Project Manager role for large projects, and engage with Owner’s project team to optimize CSA scope and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering or related field
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience contributing to projects in the engineering design and construction industry
- Design and project management experience across a variety of markets
- Experience collaborating with leadership and project teams to monitor KPI’s, assess project performance and make recommendations
- Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction and the ability to establish rapport and credibility both externally and internally
- Ability to assimilate a range of ideas, programs, or alternatives into a set of recommendations
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate alignment, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to synthesize information into executive-level presentations and present it clearly and effectively
- Travel: position requires regular travel to KFI offices and client sites up to 25%
