Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in sustainability consulting or a related field
- Proven leadership of large-scale, performance-driven building projects
- Skilled in LCA (Tally, EC3, OneClick, Athena) and energy modelling (eQUEST, IESāVE, EnergyPlus, OpenStudio)
- Deep knowledge of Step Code, ASHRAE, NECB, Passive House equivalencies
- Experience with LEED, Zero Carbon, WELL, ILFI frameworks
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience mentoring and building high-performing teams
