Project Surveyor - Power Delivery

Job Summary
Lead project planning and implementation while monitoring operational effectiveness across survey projects in the Power Division. Serve as subject matter expert for construction staking, topographic surveying, platting, legal description writing, boundary analysis, exhibit preparation, and legal principles. Collaborate with the Project Manager to define tasks, schedule resources, and evaluate budgets and scope. Conduct team meetings to coordinate efforts, provide day-to-day guidance and mentoring, and enforce company standards and policies. Ensure consistent adherence to divisional and regional practices while maintaining quality control and assurance on all survey activities. Stay current on service-specific trends, technology, and equipment.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- A professional survey license with multi-state licensure
- Four-year degree
- 10-plus years of experience in a consulting business
