Job Summary
Project Surveyor with PLS required to oversee and manage a range of surveying tasks including boundary, topographical, ALTA, residential and commercial surveys, as-built/record, bathymetric/hydrographic, and related duties. Responsibilities emphasize supervising surveying tasks to meet project requirements, ensuring high organization and communication, and leveraging AutoCAD Civil 3D and GPS/Data Collection/CAD mapping expertise. Requires Georgia License in Surveying & Mapping (Florida license ID preferred), 2+ years post-licensure, and a proven history of project management. Strong written and verbal communication skills and a valid diver's license are also required. Competitive benefits and a $10k sign-on bonus available for the right candidate.
Required Qualifications
- Georgia License in Surveying & Mapping is required
- Florida license ID preferred
- 2 years post-licensure experience
- Experience managing projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Extensive technical knowledge (GPS, Data Collection, CAD mapping)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with surveying tasks (Planning/Land Development, Residential & Commercial Construction, ALTA, As-built, Boundary, Bathymetric/Hydrographic, Civil Construction, Environmental, Topographic)
- Valid diver's license
- Credible references
