Job Summary
Lead boundary, right-of-way, topographic, utility, control and construction surveys; train and supervise survey team members; assist with planning schedules, scopes, fee proposals, and project budgets; conduct deed, record survey, right-of-way, and utility research; collaborate with engineers and architects; utilize Trimble total stations, GPS, and Civil 3D for field data collection and post-field processing; ensure compliance with surveying regulations; travel as needed including overnight; develop client communications and project updates; work both in the field and office to support multiple projects in Indiana and Ohio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in land surveying, engineering, geomatics, or engineering technology
- Professional Surveyor (PS) Registration in good standing
- 3-5 years of field surveying experience with at least one year of office experience
- Valid Driver’s License with a favorable driving record

- Knowledge of surveying laws, ethics, and regulations
