Project Surveyor

Partner closely with Project Managers to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules for land development projects. Lead and oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys with accuracy and efficiency. Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center to process data, create detailed plats, exhibits, and maps, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Review and verify survey calculations and field data, ensuring precision and compliance with project standards. Collaborate daily with engineers, contractors, and clients as the trusted survey voice on the team. This role offers autonomy to manage projects from start to finish within a collaborative, forward-thinking survey team.
