Project Support Specialist

Job Summary
Create and maintain project timelines in MS Project, ensuring updates are captured, documented, and distributed to the study team. Schedule internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and file all documentation in the Trial Master File. Perform CTMS activities including maintaining milestone dates, updating contact lists, managing enrolment projections, and submitting helpdesk tickets. Prepare and document study-specific training, manage training records, and establish study-level SharePoint sites with appropriate access controls. Order study supplies and binders, maintain various study trackers, and send communications to sites and investigators as directed. Act as a point of contact for project-related requests and support the reconciliation of study materials during applicable phases.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience ideally in a business, scientific or healthcare discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist or similar position
- Fluency in the Microsoft Office package of programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

- This position can be offered fully home based in the following locations - Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Hungary or Romania
