Project Support Specialist

Job Summary
Create and maintain project timelines in MS Project, ensuring updates are captured, documented, and distributed to study team members. Schedule internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and file all documents in the Trial Master File. Perform CTMS activities including maintaining milestone dates, updating contact lists, managing enrolment projections, and submitting helpdesk tickets. Prepare and document study-specific training, manage training records, and identify gaps for escalation. Establish study-level SharePoint sites, create email boxes, and manage user access by submitting requests and conducting periodic reviews. Order study supplies and binders, prepare shipping, and maintain various study trackers. Send communications to sites and investigators, including SUSARs and newsletters, and support the distribution of IND Safety Reports. Act as the point of contact for project-related requests from team members, sponsors, and vendors. Support team leaders with report production and study material reconciliation.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience ideally in a business, scientific or healthcare discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist or similar position
- Fluency in the Microsoft Office package of programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

- This position can be offered fully home based in the following locations - Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Hungary or Romania
