Job Summary
Lead the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure, defining delivery expectations and managing plans in Smartsheet to ensure adherence to contractual timelines and scope. Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and enforce change control processes to manage scope creep while coordinating cross-functional teams and third-party vendors. Conduct client and internal status meetings, manage executive-level communications, and maintain RAID logs and governance artifacts for all deliverables. This role supports IQVIA's mission to accelerate the development and commercialization of medical treatments that improve patient outcomes worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Proven experience managing complex projects in fast-paced client-facing environments
- Demonstrated expertise in project management tools with Smartsheet
- Experience managing scope risks dependencies and issue resolution across large-scale programs
- Proven ability to deliver within compressed timelines and high-pressure environments
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills including executive-level reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Highly organized with the ability to maintain detailed documentation and governance artifacts
- Demonstrated ownership accountability and ability to drive outcomes independently
- Experience leveraging Microsoft Copilot to enhance project delivery and documentation
- Experience in pharmaceutical patient support services (PSS) copay or HUB programs
