Project Support Engineer

Job Summary
Design and implement cloud and on-premise infrastructure projects across client environments, including Microsoft 365 migrations, Azure/Entra ID implementations, VDI, and backup solutions. Configure LAN/WAN environments, VLANs, routing, and firewalls while troubleshooting complex network and server issues. Deploy and manage identity and access management, endpoint management, and hybrid cloud integrations. Collaborate with project leadership to execute detailed plans, communicate timelines and progress updates directly with clients, and provide white-glove support during transitions. Document issues, deliver knowledge sharing, and recommend new technologies to enhance client efficiency and security.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of Networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, WAN/LAN)
- Network security principles and firewall configurations
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
- Azure / Entra ID
- Windows Server environments
- Backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Familiarity with Remote access technologies (VPN, RDP, etc.)
- Familiarity with VOIP systems and mobile device management
- Ability to design and implement business-grade IT solutions and network architectures
- Strong ability to Multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Strong ability to Adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
- Strong ability to Troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Strong project execution mindset with attention to detail

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
