Job Summary
Coordinate the project administration for a live construction project as the operational backbone, handling labour/payroll data, onboarding, plant/asset tracking, materials procurement, goods receipting, compliance and reporting, and travel/logistics support. Work onsite with the project team, engineers and commercial leaders; maintain environmental and waste records, track training/competencies, produce timely reports, and ensure smooth day-to-day site operations. Must have strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced site environment, and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle. Standard hours are 40 per week, Monday–Friday, onsite in Chester, UK, with on-the-job training and benefits.
