Job Summary
Coordinate project activities and manage documentation for clinical trials while adhering to all Good Manufacturing Practices and safety standards. Support supply chain operations and ensure smooth project execution through stakeholder communication with internal teams and clients. Contribute to timely delivery and high-quality service within a regulated environment, utilizing skills in coordination, data analysis, and enterprise systems like Salesforce and TrackWise. This fixed-term entry-level role offers development in clinical trials and client services, with potential travel to client sites or facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, supply chain, business, or a related field
- Initial professional experience in clinical trials, clinical supply, logistics, or a related regulated industry
- Experience in coordination, administrative, operational, or client-facing roles
- Strong understanding of GMP/GxP principles and quality management systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet timelines in a dynamic environment
- Experience coordinating with teams and managing stakeholder relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and support reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and MS Project)
- Fluent English
- Proactive, adaptable, and quality-focused approach
- Travel to client sites or other facilities may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management certification from recognized institution beneficial
- Experience with enterprise systems like Salesforce, GPMS, and TrackWise preferred
- Additional languages beneficial
