Project Supply Chain Specialist

Job Summary
Coordinate supply chain activities during project execution for HVDC projects, serving as the main point of contact between internal teams and suppliers. Work closely with project supply chain managers, engineering, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure equipment and related documentation are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Track deliveries, support supplier engagement through kick-off and clarification meetings, address delivery constraints and quality gaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain progress and regulatory compliance for large-scale energy infrastructure projects.
Required Qualifications
- Work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or project management
- Experience with suppliers and project-based supply chain activities
- Experience in purchasing, supply chain, or project-based environments
- Experience supporting negotiations or commercial discussions
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 3 years professional experience (or equivalent combination)
