Job Summary
Own supply chains for new product introductions and existing product deliveries, managing materials procurement and manufacturing logistics. Interface with engineering, customer service, and sales to develop business plans and forecasts, while collaborating on supply chain design reviews, global master production schedule reviews, and delivery performance analysis. Coordinate with global manufacturing facilities to support high-volume production and optimize inventory utilization through demand forecasting and risk mitigation strategies. Work on-site five days per week in the Lehigh Valley.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or equivalent
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned
- 0-3 years' experience in a related field
- You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future
- Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
