Job Summary
Own supply chains for new product introductions and existing product delivery, managing materials procurement and manufacturing logistics. Frequent interface with engineering, customer service, and sales to develop business plans and forecasts. Collaborate on supply chain design reviews, global master production schedule reviews, and delivery performance analysis. Coordinate with global manufacturing facilities to provide logistics support for high-volume production. Execute demand forecasting, capacity planning, and risk mitigation strategies using statistical analysis for data-driven decisions. Requires on-site presence five days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or equivalent
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned
- 0-3 years' experience in a related field
- You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future
- Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
