Job Summary
Own supply chains for new product introductions and existing deliveries, managing materials procurement and manufacturing logistics. Interface with engineering, customer service, and sales to develop business plans and forecasts. Collaborate on supply chain design reviews, facility transfers, global master production schedule reviews, and delivery performance analysis. Coordinate with global manufacturing facilities to provide logistics support for high-volume production. Conduct demand forecasting, capacity planning, and statistical analysis to optimize inventory and warehouse utilization. Manage supplier relationships, quality management, and product cost analysis while implementing risk mitigation strategies. Work on-site five days per week with 5-10% travel for inter-office collaboration and site visits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, or related Engineering Discipline
- Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned
- 0-3 years' experience in a related field
- You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future
- Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
- Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time for inter-office collaboration, site visits, etc.
