Job Summary
Conduct daily field visits to ensure projects follow safety, quality control, and productivity standards. Drive projects through systems for final development and budgeting while assisting with defining labor, material needs, permitting requirements, and infrastructure nodes. Manage overall path planning reviews, including site pictures, node integration, and area resources for aerial and underground assets. Support quality control functions with onsite checks, job hazard analysis, and safety audits. Participate in developing "Project Packets" and manage multiple stages of projects by keeping systems and records updated. Provide excellent customer service and assist with project development for new proposals. Full-time role with weekly pay, $66K-$78K annually, plus company vehicle, laptop, phone, and full benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for project build process
- Ability to travel, open to a variety of schedules; nights and/or weekends as needed
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs as needed
- Ability to complete work outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing
- Ability to safely work and navigate various terrains and job sites
- Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification
- a driver's license is required if the role involves driving
- Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
Desired Qualifications
- Telecommunications construction industry experience preferred
- Previous leadership experience a plus
