Job Summary
Coordinate subcontractors, monitor project progress, and ensure work remains on track with established schedule milestones. Verify job progress and field reports using Company Cam and Click Up, while supporting preconstruction activities and weekly look-ahead schedules. Confirm materials are on-site, identify shortages early, and assist with inspections, correction lists, and punch list completion. Schedule site walks and contractor meetings to enforce brand standards and design consistency. Full-time Monday through Friday with travel as needed. Join a rapidly expanding national construction division driving the opening of new SpinXpress Laundry locations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in commercial construction environments (supervisor, lead installer, foreman, project coordinator, or assistant superintendent experience is ideal)
- Ability to read plans and understand trade sequencing
- Comfortable interacting with subcontractors and inspectors professionally
- Strong communication, follow-through, and accountability skills
- Ability to travel to active project sites when needed
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with CompanyCam, ClickUp, Procore or similar software is a strong plus
