Project Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee and site-manage Capital Projects from HSEQ through QA compliance; lead daily prestart meetings, supervise subcontractor teams and DIT workforce to ensure on-schedule, compliant delivery. Responsible for Safe Work Method Statements, toolbox briefings, incident prevention/investigation, and maintaining project records. Travel within regional South Australia is required (company vehicle provided). Emphasizes safety culture, cost awareness, and alignment with standards and code of practice; liaises with DIT representatives and maintains productive relationships with all project parties to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction or services industry and safety management in a major subcontractor management role
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a roads infrastructure environment
- Experience managing people and/or multiple stakeholders
- Cert I, II or III in Construction (desirable but not mandatory)
- Current driver’s license
