Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution; review subcontractor proposals; maintain job documentation; monitor budgets and timelines; manage change orders; supervise crews with hands-on oversight; conduct daily site meetings to reinforce safety and quality standards; ensure compliance with company and industry standards; stay proactive with risk management and progress updates; on-call with 24/7 availability to support response efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Read Xactimate scopes & manage budgets
- Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end
- Maintain 4+ industry certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license required
