Job Summary
Oversee restoration project management from planning to execution at First Onsite; prepare and maintain schedules for crews and subcontractors, manage jobsite documentation and budgets, monitor risks and ensure safety and quality through site meetings and hands-on oversight. Lead teams, respond to changing scopes, and handle change orders and material tracking. On-call with 24/7 availability and variable hours. Requires ability to read Xactimate scopes, manage budgets, and maintain multiple certifications while ensuring compliance and high standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Read Xactimate scopes
- Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end
- Maintain 4+ industry certifications
