Job Summary
Supervise SIPA work including scaffolding, asbestos and lead abatement, installing industrial insulation systems and coatings. Strong background in industrial insulation systems and methods; glove bagging; erect full containment following regulatory guidelines; cut/remove asbestos per project specs; complete material/equipment orders; ensure demolition is clean and ready to build; adhere to OSHA/environmental regulations; wear PPE; 5/10 schedule; per diem $85; includes company truck; required AHERA Supervisor license and 5 years supervisor experience; ESOP company culture.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Supervisor in SIPA field
- Must have current South Carolina AHERA Supervisor license
- EPA, OSHA and local hazardous materials policy knowledge
- Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screening and background check
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States
