Job Summary
Project Supervisor for Hospital A/R – PFS overseeing daily project operations and staff, including onsite team members when applicable. Lead client-facing activities, ensure HIPAA compliance, manage interviews and training of team members, perform monthly account reviews, monitor revenue performance against goals, and prepare client invoices and reports. Role involves coordinating with operations management, ensuring adherence to client and company standards, and possibly traveling with a hybrid work option after training; relocation to San Antonio may be considered. Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills required, with experience in healthcare-related outsourcing and a background in accounts receivable or revenue-cycle processes.
Required Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years' prior relevant experience or an AA Degree and a minimum of 7 years' prior relevant experience
- Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree
- Previous experience within a healthcare provider, insurance, professional business or outsourcing company
- Of the five years of relevant experience required, a minimum of two years must include people management experience
