Project Supervisor - Duct Cleaning, HVAC Repair & Restoration

This position is responsible for managing and performing all facets of HVAC remediation, duct cleaning, and microbial mitigation. Duties include ensuring high-quality mold mitigation, adhering to project budgets, managing the on-site BRS Remediation Crew, performing inspections, conducting safety meetings, overseeing equipment maintenance, managing inventory control, and interfacing with client contacts. The role requires superior competencies in IAQ duct cleaning and HVAC cleaning. Certifications such as NADCA, IICRC, and others are required or must be obtained shortly after employment.
