Project Supervisor

Project Supervisors / Chief Inspector will manage on-site construction of engineering projects and provide technical and field support to ensure completion in a timely, safe, and efficient manner. They will lead, manage and direct project team members, Supplier inspectors, and other Third-Party Contractor personnel, ensure Client specifications and standards for contract are understood and applied by Third-Party Contractor, and oversee all aspects of pipeline construction including clearing, grading, ditching, stringing, welding, fusing, padding, backfilling, restoring ROW, fabricating assemblies, installing concrete and supports, hydrostatic testing, and pressure testing. The role involves reviewing Client specifications and environmental permits, coordinating with Client and Third-Party Contractors to complete the Work, tracking change orders, gathering project information for the Maps and Records Completion Report, and ensuring compliance. Familiarity with API 1104, DOT 192, API 5L, ASME B31, and environmental practices is expected. Daily documentation using pictures and a daily logbook, remote reporting via laptop, and travel using a personal vehicle are required. The position requires the ability to stand/walk on varied terrain, perform repetitive motions, work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, wear PPE, and operate inspection tools and devices in diverse conditions.
