Job Summary
The Project Superintendent will lead on-site construction activities across senior living, mini warehouse, commercial remodeling, and site development projects, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety and schedule adherence, reviewing drawings for discrepancies, managing field documentation, and supporting cost evaluations. Requires 5+ years of field supervision experience, strong reading of blueprints, multi-trade knowledge, and proven subcontractor management.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial or residential construction field supervision experience
- Strong working knowledge of construction methodologies across multiple trades
- Extensive experience in wood framed construction
- Ability to inspect and evaluate work for quality, accuracy, and specification compliance
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Solid estimating awareness and ability to assess field-level cost impacts
- Demonstrated success managing subcontractors and enforcing accountability
- Strong scheduling and sequencing capabilities
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Healthcare or senior housing construction experience preferred
