Project Superintendent

Lead day-to-day project operations for major civil construction initiatives, coordinating crews, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to deliver highways and municipal roads safely and on schedule. Plan and schedule activities with Site Foremen to manage production and meet milestones while monitoring costs, labour, and equipment to maintain profitability. Drive safety and environmental performance by enforcing company standards and ensuring regulatory compliance across all site activities. Coordinate logistics to minimize downtime, review field reports against project estimates to address challenges, and lead team development through coaching and performance feedback. Maintain quality and compliance with specifications, policies, and contracts while providing technical guidance to resolve operational challenges.
