The Project Superintendent manages special projects and National Account customers, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery by overseeing field crews and subcontractors. Key responsibilities include scheduling, quality control, compliance with contract documents, resolving project issues, and providing project status reports. Candidates must have a strong background in commercial roofing systems, effective communication skills, and proficiency in project record maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in commercial/industrial built-up roofing systems
- 5 years as a foreman for BUR systems
- Experience in building constructions and field fabrication of metal work
- Knowledge of health and safety management compliance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with commercial and industrial roofing systems
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain project records
