Job Summary

Project Superintendent leads on-site construction activities for commercial projects from planning through closeout, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence, and maintaining client satisfaction. Responsibilities include collaborating with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, and consultants; supporting preconstruction and constructability reviews; developing execution strategies focused on safety and efficiency; managing documentation via Procore; leading safety inspections and quality control; conducting subcontractor coordination meetings; mentoring field personnel; and representing the project to owners and inspectors while upholding OSHA and company safety standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent construction experience)
  • Commercial construction experience leading field operations on ground-up and renovation projects
  • Experience in multiple commercial sectors (office, industrial, healthcare, senior living, mixed-use, retail, or build-to-suit)
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, site development, MEP coordination, and project delivery processes
  • Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Microsoft 365 or similar construction technologies
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic construction environment
