Job Summary
Seasonal PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT overseeing awarded asphalt, grading and concrete contracts; analyzes blueprints, specifications, proposals, and coordinates activities to ensure on-time, on-budget, safe project completion; oversees Gravel Base, Milling, and Paving processes, manages job-site traffic control, and submits required documentation (SWPPP); demands effective communication, self-motivation, teamwork, and customer relations; ensures compliance with MSHA, OSHA, EPA, DNR, Lockout/Tagout and other safety regulations; requires experience with HCSS and Microsoft Office, licensure and driving record; flexible shifts including overtime, nights and some Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in product line and supervisory role
- Experience in HCSS and Microsoft Office
- Ability to hold and maintain proper licensure and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime, possible nights and some Saturdays
