Job Summary
Coordinate and manage all on-site activities for heavy industrial construction projects, ensuring materials, equipment, and inspections align with the schedule. Lead field personnel, foremen, and subcontractors while maintaining strict safety compliance and managing labor, equipment, and cost considerations. Prepare work plans, review construction documents for constructability, and oversee the company's quality control program. Mentor and train field staff, provide performance evaluations, and manage 3-week look-ahead schedules with weekly master schedule updates. Work 60+ hours weekly in outdoor environments involving heights, noise, and physical demands.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven leadership or supervisory role
- 10+ years of construction experience
- Insurable driving record
- Ability to pass drug test as mandated by the Saulsbury Industries and Department of Transportation anti-drug program
- Must attend and successfully complete Saulsbury Industries safety training education
- Attends safety meetings and specialty training as directed by management
- Attends various training classes as may be assigned by management
- Ability to take needed safety precautions in performing the work
- Must own Fire Resistant Clothing (FRC)
- Manual and finger dexterity
- Eye-hand coordination
- Depth perception
- Ability to see things clearly that are beyond arm's reach (far visual acuity)
- Ability to see small detail
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb 30-foot ladders without resting
- Ability to maintain balance on catwalks and narrow workspaces
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to reach above head while sitting or standing
- Ability to reach below knees while standing
- Ability to stoop or kneel
- Ability to work 60 or more hours each week
- Ability to work at heights a minimum of 20 ft.

Desired Qualifications
- Oil and Gas Plant experience a plus
- Basic computer skills with experience in MS Office and MS Project preferred
