Project Superintendent - Raleigh

Manage job sites and communities daily in the Raleigh area by scheduling municipal inspections, utilizing centralized scheduling tools to progress projects, and monitoring subcontractor performance to ensure timely completion and adherence to scope. Perform internal inspections as part of the Quality Assurance Process, maintain a safe working environment complying with all state and federal regulations, approve subcontractor payments, and monitor job budgets. Communicate regularly with homeowners throughout construction to ensure customer satisfaction, perform timely follow-ups post-closing, and manage warranty claims. Requires a high school diploma, driver's license, and 1-2 years of residential construction experience.
