Job Summary
Lead day-to-day construction activities from site mobilization through project completion, coordinating subcontractors across multiple trades to ensure safe, efficient, and on-schedule execution. Drive accountability for field teams, monitor daily progress to address schedule impacts, and conduct regular site walks to verify quality and production standards. Manage labor, equipment, and material resources while facilitating coordination meetings to resolve conflicts and maintain momentum. Champion safety culture by ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and partnering with safety teams to mitigate risks. Provide regular updates on project progress, manpower, and schedule performance, maintaining accurate documentation and supporting leadership with field-based insights.

- Coordinate labor, equipment, and material resources to support project milestones
- Collaborate with project management, engineering, procurement, and client teams
- Identify risks early and communicate solutions to project leadership
- Provide regular updates on project progress, field issues, manpower, and schedule performance
- Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports
- Support leadership with field-based insights and recommendations
