Job Summary
Multi-Family Project Superintendent coordinates all site construction activities, supervises field personnel, maintains schedule and budget, ensures safety practices, manages relationships with customers and contractors, and supports closeout processes. Requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with experience in residential/multi-family construction, scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and safety compliance. Education: 4-year college degree preferred but not required; 3+ years PM/expediting experience desired. Location: Denver, CO (onsite). Compensation: market competitive based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- 4-yr college degree preferred but not required
- 3+ years of successful Project Management/Expediting experience with a production residential or multi-family builder
- Experienced in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of residential construction
- Experienced in managing multiple projects
