Project Superintendent

Job Summary
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment while ensuring strict adherence to specifications, schedules, and budget. Serve as the primary contact for owners, architects, engineers, and trades to manage daily construction activities, critical path scheduling, and inspection agency liaisons. Develop and implement site safety programs, oversee quality control across all trades, and manage general conditions including billing, payroll, and subcontractor payments. Act as the liaison for inspection agencies and ensure work conforms to approved contract documents. Collaborate with the preconstruction team on logistics, safety, and constructability reviews. Must be willing to work nights and weekends in occupied spaces.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ Years Commercial Construction
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction science
- Must be able to manage tight deadlines
- Must be able to accurately forecast the budget for a project
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be well organized
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends
- Jobsite cleanliness
- Ability to work in occupied space
- Proficient with MS Office Word and Outlook
- Procore Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- OSHA Training
Desired Qualifications
- Construction science, Construction management preferred
- Extensive experience with commercial upfit/interior renovations and MEP system installation is preferred
- A working knowledge of Construction methods, safety, scheduling, quality assurance, plans and specifications, estimating, bidding and project documents are desired
