Job Summary
Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with project specifications. Serve as primary on-site contact for owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors; develop and manage the overall project schedule; enforce the site safety program; supervise daily field operations including scheduling, logistics, quality control, and workforce coordination; coordinate trades for efficient project execution; liaison for inspections and regulatory agencies; manage General Conditions/General Requirements to maintain budget; oversee billing processes including work-in-place verification, monthly estimates, payroll, material invoices, and subcontractor payments; ensure work conforms to approved plans and contract documents; collaborate with Estimating/Preconstruction on scheduling, logistics, safety planning, constructability reviews, and project requirements; maintain a clean, organized job site; OSHA training and strong leadership/communication required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor�s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of commercial construction experience
- read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Forecasting, budgeting, and project planning skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- OSHA training required
- ability to work nights and weekends as required
- experience working in occupied spaces
- Procore proficiency
- strong communication and leadership abilities
