Job Summary
Project Superintendent responsible for overseeing field operations on regionally based civil construction projects in Nevada, assisting the Project Foreman to resolve issues, provide information, and drive coordination to ensure safe, timely, and efficient work. Role emphasizes leadership in safety programs, daily site inspections, reviewing accidents/incidents and implementing corrective actions, maintaining high-quality workmanship, developing and communicating project plans, coordinating manpower, equipment, and subcontractors, managing cost and schedule in collaboration with the Project Manager, and interfacing with clients and internal teams on field deployment and risk management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10-years of experience in vertical construction
- Ability to travel for projects located outside of CA for a period of a 24 months
- General knowledge of construction principles and processes
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with company core values
