Job Summary
On-site project management for active multifamily construction sites within the assigned area, coordinating schedules with the Senior Project Manager, ensuring work stays within contracted scope or approved change orders, leading weekly safety and progress meetings, maintaining quality control, preparing daily and weekly progress reports, coordinating inspections and approvals, managing site cleanliness and trades, supervising Xpert field personnel and subcontractors, applying knowledge of building, ADA, and energy codes, facilitating preliminary design concepts for multifamily projects, reviewing and aligning civil, architectural, and engineering plan sets for permit submittals, expediting permits, reviewing consultant fee proposals and contracts, managing plan-set revisions and change orders, ensuring effective communication between development and project consultant teams, interfacing with federal, state, county, and city agencies to meet requirements, and conducting site visits for compliance and quality control.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
- 7-10 years of multifamily construction experience, development, or related project management experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and PROCORE
- Must have a valid Driver’s License for travel
