Project Superintendent

Job Summary
Direct and manage all jobsite activities from project start through completion, overseeing self-perform labor crews and subcontractor work to ensure daily production goals are achieved. Conduct weekly subcontractor meetings on-site to monitor trade performance for schedule adherence, safety compliance, and quality control while reviewing RFI status and managing delays. Coordinate with foremen and craftsmen to maintain compliance with project specifications, schedule, and budget, representing project leadership in communication with Owners and public entities. Supervise up to 100 combined employees and subcontractors to meet specific project objectives, developing strategies to complete projects on or ahead of schedule and at or under budget.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor
- Proven experience managing multi-family or similar large-scale commercial projects
- Experience coordinating and scheduling subcontractors
- Strong knowledge of field concepts, construction practices, and safety procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in high-elevation or mountain environments
- Local candidates or those with significant Summit County project experience
- Experience with construction scheduling software (P6 preferred)
- Experience with Procore preferred
- Industrial / Big-Box / Tilt-Up project exposure
