Job Summary
Direct and supervise multiple subcontractors to ensure on-time project completion and lead quality control with a focus on safety compliance; serve as liaison between client and Project Manager to coordinate all aspects of the project; healthcare-market renovation experience preferred; requires strong English (Spanish a plus) and proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Procore, scheduling software). Responsibilities emphasize supervision, coordination, safety, and timely delivery on healthcare construction projects in the DC/MD/VA region. Salary up to 85K; Laurel, MD location.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years Construction Supervision experience including 3 years within the Healthcare market preferred
- Previous experience as a Superintendent in the commercial construction industry and medical renovation experience is necessary
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Procore and scheduling software
- Ability to speak fluent English and Spanish is a plus
- Excellent driving record
