Job Summary
Oversee planning, scheduling, QA/QC, and safety for multi-trade construction activities on a project to ensure quality, on-time, and on-budget completion. Provide design-and-planning input, review contract drawings, supervise field crews and subcontractors, develop and maintain construction schedules, manage punch lists and QA/QC, ensure inspections and occupancy permit readiness, and uphold Holland Partner Group’s core values. Maintain productive relationships with project team, mentor field staff, coordinate safety programs, and utilize tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office to execute tasks with a focus on constructability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline is preferred; eight years’ construction related experience with supervision of construction teams and projects required; current First Aid/CPR; OSHA 30-hour safety certificate or ability to obtain within six months; valid driver’s license may be required; strong knowledge of design-build process; proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam; ability to read construction documents; scheduling knowledge; QA/QC expertise; safety program development; occupancy permit coordination; ability to mentor field staff; strong communication skills; ability to work in hazardous construction environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Eight years’ construction related experience with experience supervising construction teams and projects
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency with construction software such as Phoenix, Procore, Bluebeam
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Ability to develop basic construction schedules
- Ability to manage QA/QC processes
- Ability to oversee safety programs and field staff mentoring
- Ability to manage subcontractors and punch lists
- Occupancy permit coordination experience
- Safety training and OSHA compliance knowledge
- Ability to work independently and be proactive
