Job Summary
As a Project Superintendent at Tremco Incorporated, you will oversee jobsite safety, troubleshoot project issues, manage scheduling and coordination among subcontractors and owners, and ensure adherence to specifications while delivering projects on time and within budget. The role requires strong project management skills, including the ability to generate status reports and maintain project records. A successful candidate will have a solid grasp of construction management responsibilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in essential software tools.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years’ experience in commercial construction
- 5 years as a foreman
- OSHA 10 Hour Certification
- Core understanding of General building standards knowledge
- Deep understanding of all Construction Management tasks
- Superior written, oral and digital communication skills
- Computer Literacy: Email, web, MSWord, and MSExcel
