Job Summary
Roofing Project Superintendent (Hourly) responsible for managing and supervising commercial and industrial roofing construction projects. Main duties include resolving project issues, coordinating between subcontractors and owners, ensuring specifications are met according to Tremco standards, generating project status reports, and ensuring owner satisfaction. The role requires relevant experience in roofing systems and involves some travel.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years experience in built-up roofing systems
- 5 years as a foreman for BUR systems
- Experience with materials and their applications
- Experience with single ply roofing systems
- Knowledge of building construction
- Experience in field fabrication of metal work
