Job Summary
Manage daily field operations and subcontractors while maintaining project schedules and coordinating trades. Ensure work meets plans, specifications, and quality standards, and enforce job site safety requirements to maintain OSHA compliance. Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and site logistics, communicating with project management, clients, architects, and subcontractors. Address field issues and RFIs throughout construction, monitor project progress and documentation, and assist with project closeout and turnover. Requires 5 to 10 years of commercial construction experience, including managing active jobsites from construction through closeout, with OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain it.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of commercial construction experience
- Previous experience managing projects in the field
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, safety, and quality control
- OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain it
- Strong communication and subcontractor management skills
- Ability to independently manage an active commercial jobsite from construction through closeout
